The Solution utilizes a special air-free pump designed to minimize exposure to oxygen and environmental contaminants. This allows The Solution to use only natural preservatives. It is not uncommon for a new bottle to require 20-30 pumps to get going. If your bottle still does not work after 30 pumps do not open it. Contact our Customer Care team for instructions on how to receive a replacement.
